Shipping policy
Irish Spike’s Wholesale Shipping Policy
1. Fulfillment Timeline We strive to ship all wholesale orders within [X] business days of order confirmation. During peak seasons or new product launches (such as our BBQ and Ketchup lines), lead times may extend. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been processed for shipment.
2. Shipping Terms (FOB Moscow, Idaho) All wholesale orders are shipped FOB (Free On Board) from our facility. This means that ownership of the goods and the risk of loss or damage transfers to the Purchaser the moment the carrier accepts the shipment. We are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the carrier (UPS, FedEx, or LTL freight).
3. Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, dimensions, and destination. These costs are the responsibility of the Purchaser and will be added to the invoice unless the Purchaser provides their own carrier account information.
4. Inspection & Reporting (The 48-Hour Rule) It is the Purchaser's responsibility to inspect all packages immediately upon delivery.
-
Visible Damage: If the pallet or boxes arrive visibly damaged, you must note this on the carrier's delivery receipt (BOL) before signing.
-
Concealed Damage: Any shortages or internal breakage must be reported to Irish Spike’s within 48 hours of delivery.
-
Evidence: No claims will be processed without clear photographic evidence of the damaged shipping container and the product.
5. Correct Address Information Irish Spike’s is not responsible for additional shipping charges or "return to sender" fees resulting from incorrect addresses provided by the Purchaser. Any re-routing fees charged by the carrier will be billed to the Purchaser’s account.
6. International Shipping For orders shipping outside the United States, the Purchaser is the "Importer of Record" and is responsible for all duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees.
